Team Leader Sofia Angleby
I have been involved in Rally obedience in Sweden since it came here in 2007. I'm a real rally geek. I also love Freestyle and Nose work. I train judges, instructors and hold courses at all levels. I work as a professional dog trainer. I am also an FCI judge. At home I have an Australian Shepherd, three Yorkshire Terriers and my fiance has a Lapland Sheepdog. When I started Rally I had Newfoundland dogs. I look forward to supporting the national team again this year. Last year we won double gold 🙂
Maria Larsson, assistant national team leader
My name is Maria Larsson, I have two briards who both are swedish rallyobedience champions. This year I competed for the first time in the swedish championship with my 5 year old male Terror. I'm a judge in sweden and I'm hopefully going to become an FCI-judge this fall.
The swedish team is a strong team and it is very inspiering to see how they work with their dogs.
Kickan Nikolic & Ă–yvin
My namn is Kickan and I’m competing with my Welsh corgi Pembroke Öyvin. We have been part of the national team for three years. Öyvin it’s also an obedience champion and competed at the nationals this year. He’s always the happiest boy on the training field and in the competition ring, his tail is always wagging! It’s his joy that made me fall in love with rally obedience and obedience. He’s just my heart and soul!
Solveig Nyvold & Silas
My name i Solveig Nyvold, I am a veterinarian and my dog Silas is a seven year old Golden Retriever. Silas is my first Rally Obedience dog. Silas holds Championships in Rally Obedience in Sweden and Norway and also has a Championship in Obedience. We have competed in the national championships in Sweden the last two years and competed on the Rally Obedience team 2023 for Sweden. Silas is a hard working, honest dog with lots of willing to please with a stable, sweet temperament. My motto is “whatever it takes”.
Josefin Hederström & Pax
My name is Josefin Hederström and by my side is Pax, an 6 years old Golden Retriever. He has been my shadow and best friend since the day I got him as a 2 year old. This is our second time in the swedish national team. Pax is always happy & loves to train, Rally obedience is the favorite! Other then being on the training field we love to be in the forest for long walks and runs!
Monica Svensson & Zkoj
Me and my poodle Zkoj are on the Swedish national team for the third year. Our greatest and finest merit is when we won the Nordic Championships in 2021. Zkoj loves candy (just like me), food, forestwalks and training. I listen to and read a lot and especially true crime, autobiographies and crime series.
Lisa Grönstedt Vilhelmsson & Triton
My namn is Lisa and my best friend and love next to me is Triton. He is a 5 year old goldenretriever. We love to do things together like obedience, rallyobedience and play in the forrest . Triton loves to swim, cuddle with his teddybear and steal fruit from the trees. We have been in the national team every year and we won the Nordic Championchip 2023.
Reserve 1: Lisa Grönstedt Vilhelmsson & Tam
Tam is my love and gentlemen. My name is Lisa and together with Tam we have been in the National team since the start. Tam loves to work in the forrest, play football and count the horses in the field.
Reserve 2: Erica Rosendahl & Mhin
My name is Erica and by my side is Mhin (a six year border collie), who I compete with, she is the family’s happy pill. She is constantly happy! In addation to rally obedience, we do a lot of sheep herding, but also some obedience traning and heelwork to music. We were also a part of the Swedish team 2022 and 2023 at the Nordic championship. She is also Finish rally obedience champion
